    Jay – can you please make a video on this question that is no where on the web.
    In plain and simple steps, how does the money you receive from a VC/Angel work, when you actually get the check?

    Am I the only one who thinks these things are scary? I feel like Intellectual Property value gets thrown out the window when these guys get a hold of your plan. I dont know any of them or their values. Can anyone help ease my mind?
