I love the Zen like simplicity of Seth Priebatchs answer. Motivating
one-self by *total* lack of alternatives. Just how extreme? Nothing beats
listening to the man who actually does it. The link below should take you
directly to just about the right place in the video. Joe Kraus (excite) and
Paul Buchheit (gmail) answer first but theirs is are more conventional
